Bengal Coast is a new restaurant concept which introduces a fresh, innovative way of presenting the foods of "the other Asia"— India, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia to the American consumer. There is a wonderful mosaic of flavors and spices that thrive in these exotic regions of Asia, and Bengal Coast brings the culinary excitement of these alluring cultures to Dallas.
The creative team is led by founder, Mark H. Brezinski, a veteran restaurateur who most recently was one of the co-founding partners of Pei Wei Asian Diner. Mark created Bengal Coast by recruiting some of the best and most talented culinary, design and management team members, including a wonderfully diverse group of investors and friends. "Our collective goal is to combine our professional backgrounds, our extensive food knowledge and training, and our vision for some exciting new service concepts into a unique and memorable dining experience for all our guests".
